Adel Rafael, founder & CEO of Vista Property Accounting brings more than 23 years of experience in the commercial real estate & financial arenas to the executive team at Vista Property Management's Accounting Division. Prior to founding Vista Property Accounting, Mr. Rafael utilized his real estate expertise at RE/MAX Olson & Associates. There he brokered deals on a variety of properties including apartment complexes, medical buildings & restaurant spaces.

Before RE/MAX, Adel worked as the Controller & CFO for Beverly Hills headquartered Orangefair Company, an operator of predominately retail based properties including Regional Shopping Centers, where he was instrumental in increasing the company’s assets from $100 million to $280 million & from 900,000 square feet to 1,750,000 square feet of retail space with an average 92% occupancy rate. During the 12 Years that Mr. Rafael spent at the Orangefair Company he supervised a two year transformation of Orangefair Market Place from a run down center, to a trophy center that was anchored by Circuit City, Burlington Coat Factory & many other leading retailers.

He has also worked at Kenny Nomura Corporation & began his career at Coldwell Banker. In 1986 Mr. Rafael attended received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. He became a RE Broker in 2008. Mr. Rafael is currently enrolled in CCIM to earn the CCIM commercial Designation.
